Bifolding Door Systems
The folding door system with thermal break allows you to create large passages. The system is built up using a frame in which moveable parts or elements are placed in such a way that it is possible to fold the elements to the left or right.

Configurations & Details
The elements or sashes are supported and hinged to a mullion. At the bottom, the mullion is supported by a roller mechanism that slides along with the sill profile, while at the top, the mullion is guided by another roller mechanism.
There are several possible combinations of elements and opening sashes.

Multipoint Lock System
Multipoint locking systems provide an added layer of security to your front and back doors. Multipoint locks extend most, if not the full height of the door and have multiple locking points along the edge of the door.
What is a multipoint locking system?
The extra locking points strengthen your home’s security by providing a tighter seal along the length of the door, top-to-bottom. This compression also makes the door more weathertight than a standard door, which makes it more energy efficient.
With a standard locking system, your primary lock is in the center, usually a single deadbolt. In that case, the top and bottom of the door don’t have integrated locks which leaves the door more vulnerable to a break-in.

Our product is CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions.

What is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery Time: 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.
Payment Terms: Normally, 40% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.

Are your products certificated and what services do you provide?
Yes, our products meet Australia, Canada, and American Florida standards. We are able to provide engineering as well as supervising service to guide the installation of our windows and doors. Standard frame colors include Powder coating (Frost black, Silver grey, or standard white).
