What are the lead times and payment terms?
Lead time is typically 38 days after deposit receipt and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are 40% deposit via T/T with the balance cleared prior to delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
A 10-year quality warranty covers non-fading and non-peeling frames, along with a 10-year warranty for German hardware under normal operation. Replacement parts are dispatched quickly via international courier. On-site engineering and installation supervision can also be arranged.
