Step 1. Protective tape protects frames from scratches;
Step 2. Keep windows or doors fixed on iron pallets;
Step 3. Tie up windows or doors on the iron pallets with plastic belts;
Step 4. PE films to keep away from sea water;
Step 5. Fill in the space between each two iron pallets by air bags;
Step 6. Tie up iron pallets in container with plastic belts.
For commercial project, we can provide rated stillage and which tested by SGS lab.

Our product is CUSTOMER MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions.
What is your delivery time?
38 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.
Will we need to install the glass or do your windows come with the glass installed?
We will install glass at factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and easy for our buyer to install the whole windows/doors. Onsite glazed are recommended for big sized products.
What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
7 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.

Yes, our products meet Australian standard for now and also we will make our product tested and certificated if you required.
